DeBlois Electric is currently working on the Woodard & Curran building in Portland, ME. This project with general contractor, Cianbro, is a 40,000 square-foot office space build-out. The high-end office space includes many of the latest designs for collaborative work space, to be located on the 5th and 6th floors of this modern building. One of the specialty features that DeBlois Electric team members will be working on is the dimmable and tunable lighting; lighting that is designed to “tune” to the natural light as it progresses into different spaces. This is a fast-track schedule projected for completion by mid-August. Leading the DeBlois Electric team on this project are Project Manager Mitch DeBlois, Assistant Project Manager Ty Murphy, and Project Foreman Blake Harris.
