Steve has been a valued member of the DeBlois Electric team for 23 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations. During this time, he has played a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining our strong culture, supporting our field teams, and building lasting customer relationships.

This promotion reflects Steve’s proven leadership, deep knowledge of the electrical contracting industry, and continued commitment to our employees, customers, and partners. As President, he will focus on sustaining our high standards of workmanship, growing the company responsibly, and supporting the long-term success of our team.

Mitch DeBlois will be stepping aside as CEO to support Steve with company growth and business development.
